So ya im out of bootcamp and currently stationed in Corpsschool in Great Lakes, Il. Anyway i dont start clases for at least a month so ill be doing little jobs, ie shoveling snow ect, for the next month or so. I currently look like **** so i need to get back in the game. I hope to come out of school at around 200. I dont give a **** about bf. I will be pting several times a week so im just gonna crank up my food intake. Ill be eating several meals in the galley, 2-3 protein shakes a day, 1-2 bars, and probably a lot of mcdonalds.because thats more calories. I wont really be able to cook my own food because the barracks i live in only has a microwave. I hope to leave here 200 around 15 percent bf. Routine scheduled will be upper lower off upper lower off off.

haha thanks for the support guys. Basic wasnt really physically hard at all. You had to run like 4 something pushups, 60 situps and run the mile an a half in 12 15. I did 91 pushups 90 situps and ran the mile an a half in 10 58. The enviorment is what sucked. Plus i was there for christmas new years and thanksgiving. But its cool, it is just one of those things ya gotta do. Now i just need to get ****ing huge. I picked some workout clothes and shoes up so im ready to go. Tomoro im gonna do an upper day

thanks everyone. Decided to just stick with a real basic 3 day split instead. Basically a push pull legs split. Im still not sure if i want to incorporate deads and squats into this or not. Im leaning towards not, because i think that those two along with a bent over row is over training my lower back. For now i think ill stick with deads, and do 45 degree leg press sled as my main leg excercise. I chose this for a few reasons, mainly being that i really wanna get into some serious pulling, plus my new gym has a whole deck for deads and even has free chalk. Once i get my dead up i may switch but who knows, i dont even like squats too much anyway.
Todays workout was depressing as hell. Ive lost a **** load of strength. Weighed myselft 166.5 in my drawers and socks. Got a long road ahead but im up for the challenge.

Finished it off with a 3 part drop set on pushdowns. Then 10 minutes on the treadmill at a good pace with a 3 minute cool down.
This workout obviously sucked weight wise compared to my old condition but i could actually feel the strength coming back so im sure ill be up to par within a month.
