im on a bulk, and currently have a lotta lotta pears, banana's and seedless red grapes and ive been eating them a lot
they ok on a bulk what are the adv/disav?

Anything is ok to eat on a bulk
Advantages:
Vitamins
Minerals
Fiber
Phytonutrients
Fructose (the main sugar in fruit) preferentially refills liver glycogen. Hepatic glycogen levels are one of the primary determining factors in whether the body is in an anabolic state.
Disadvantages:
Carcinogenic pesticides
You may want to refill muscle rather than liver glycogen.
