    no, they do suck. if you know a lot about training, you will see how terrible they are. it's not like their problem is a lack of advice, it's an overabundance of crappy advice. they confuse people and hold them back from making the gains that they should be making.
    also their advice on sex sucks. not that i spend a lot of time reading those sections, but when i do the advice is kind of like their training advice: appropriate in some situations, inappropriate in others. the problem is that if you're reading this to actually learn their 'sex tricks', or training tips, you're not going to benefit. they may teach proper lifts, or a proper sex technique, but unless you understand the topics holistically you won't get very far with what they tell you.
