Hey guys Real quick question. In your opinions does stength egaul mass? I have been lifting for about a year with great strength gains( bench from150-235max-curls from 30 dbs to 50 dbs and so on) But not a lot of size at all. I do eat more than enough.

Not meant to sound like a flame,
but if your eating more then enough your either gaining muscle(which you say your not), or your goal is not to be bigger.

I eat 500 cal. over maintance with over a gram of protien per lbs of bodyweight. I think i may be working out to much. I do work my muscle groups twice a week, but I love being at the gym.
Definition of maintenance cals - Cals needed to maintain weight.

I eat aprox. 500 over maintance is that not enough?
By definition, if you WERE eating 500 calories over maintenance you would HAVE to gain weight.
If you aren't gaining, keep increasing calores a little bit at a time. Maybe in 250 cal increments until you see the scale start changing.
Remember that maintenance caloric level will change. It will change as your weight changes, as your body recomposes, as you add in more work, be it weight training, cardio, or whatever. But it is the caloric total your body needs to stay the same, so if you aren't increasing weight, you aren't eating above this level.

Its just means your maintenance wasn't calculated right.
500cals over maintenance will get you around a lbs a week.
Your maintenance is higher then you think.

No prob! Good job on the strength increase though. You don't need to add mass to increase strength. It can help over time but isn't precisely a requisite.
