    Cut or Bulk first?

    I am currently 165 lbs, estimated 12% body fat, and Id like to be 160-165 solid muscle would it be easier to cut first then bulk or is it easier to bulk then cut. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Bulk up.
