i have my teams workout sheets but they dont seem to be improving my overall strength.
Maxes:
bench:175
squat:265
pwr cleans: 2/10/120
Try WBB1 or Westside for Skinny bastards, both are proven good workouts. What do your workouts look like now? Also your diet is very important
my work out right now that im workin on is:
3x8-10:curls, tricepts,all auxiluery.
1x20:squat
2x10wr's
bench:
4x8:65%,70%,75%,80%

thats my basic workout on my daily routine
i dont need to get much bigger for football though, i play Qb offense, and im the biggest Db in my 3A leauge.

i'm currently doing an off season football workout. I actually just modified the Wannabebig Article on the off season football workout, took out the interval trainning, but kept everything pretty much the same. I"ve only been doing it for about 2 weeks but my bench went up 5 pounds and a few reps in one week, other lifts improved as well, like the squats, i added 10 pounds.
