    funky but great food creations

Guys let's post wierd but really good/good for you foods that we eat to give each other ideas on how to mix up our diets.

I like to make a peanut butter and turkey sandwich for lunch. Toss on any veggies. The peanut and turkey go together pretty well. Much better than using mustard or mayo and you get you good fat in there as well as extra protein.

    homemade weight gainer
5 servings of oatmeal, 2 cups skim milk and 2 scoops whey blended in a mixer. about 300 carbs, 1000 calories, 100 grams protein and keeps me full thru a 4 hour class.

Do you use the milk/whey in the oatmeal or drink it on the side?

What is next to it? Rice? Do you use any additional condiments once it's cooked?

I'd say anything that Soba eats could be considered weird. Can you say chicken feet and ox tongues?

I was just curious. If this is a weight gainer shake why do you use skim milk? Whole milk has twice the calories, twice the fat too now that I think of it. I guess you might be staying away from the extra fat. Maybe I just answered my own question.
