    Progressive Pic- Help.

Finally decided to put together a progressive pic over the past 3 months, the first pic I was around 245, the last pic I am at ~225. I weighed about 280 November 03', started seriously working out and losing weight around August 04. I'm 17 years old, 6'1. Any estimates on bf%? Target weight is 200-205.

    Bench-315
    Incline-285
Squat- ~400 (finally started working legs again about a month ago, hadn't worked them for a while which is why it's so low)
Hang Clean- 205 (My form sucks)

I see you have lost a lot of weight around your waist, which is a great health benefit. Cycling 10 miles a day is really good, the fat will drop off you if you keep that up. Well done and keep motivated.

    Awesome progress, been there myself.
Amazing how many people say cardio is a waste of time, but then you look at the results and it's hard to not to argue it works.
Keep it up and if you can try different things for your cardio, it'll help with the feeling of being a rat stuck on a wheel. (ie, running, cycling, skipping rope, eliptical machine, rowing, stair sprints ect..)
