Narrow grip rows and dumbell rows. Duplicate exercise?

As part of my back routine, I do narrow grip cable rows and dumbell rows. Are these hitting the same muscles? Should I just do one and not the other?

Yes, they are very similar. Just do one, alternate every week. Do a different type of row or pullup instead.
