    Newb Pics!!

    Figured I would post some before pics...do not laugh. I am 180lbs, 5'11" and no clue on my bf % (maybe 20%)

    I am trying to get to about 10% BF, and cut (build some muscle too)

    I am not that SMALL,...my roomy is 6'6 and like 180lbs or less. BF of like .001% HHAAH

    I am starting the WBB1 as of yesterday (used a gym at my condo which sucks, so i am joining a gym)

    i'm 5'11 as well but i'm 175, you need to bulk up and then cut, bf I'd say maybe somewhere around 13% from the looks of it.

    yeah I can see definition on your abs, you're definately lower than 13% bf

    you look alright in terms of being 'before'

    I will bet that 3-4 months of eating like a freak (clean food!) and lifting hard and heavy will have a dramatic impact on your physique

    enjoy the next few months, you're not likely to make gains at this rate ever again.
