Any suggestions on what is the best cereal to eat for breakfast? I suppose we could even take it a step further and ask if there's a best cereal on a cut vs. a best cereal on a bulk. Any suggestions?

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is incredible. I ashamedly ate that this morning. But Kashi is just gross i cannot stand it its like eating twigs or something...
I'm on a bulk and I've been trying to get in the habit of eating oatmeal (make it thin and drink it down) but still have box cereals from time to time. My top choices must be whole grain and high calorie and also taste decent otherwise I'd just as well eat oats. I choose cereals like frosted mini wheats, raisin bran, and quaker granola cereals. There was also a brand that I havent had in a while that is probably the healthiest of the three I mentioned that is also good and packs calories; I think it was called northern gold, its made of whole oats and almonds and wasnt too high in sugar.
If on a cut one would probably just wanna stick to oats but I have no experience when it comes to cutting so cant really say.
I like Frosted Mini Wheats, Honey Nut Cheerios, Grape Nuts, and Honey Bunches of Oats.

These cereals have lots of fiber and will fill you up quickly.
Bulking: Any cereal that you can eat lots of. Doesn't really matter what kind.

Kashi is good for cutting, and probably no worse than any number of disgusting healthy things (like olive oil--bleah).
Bulking, Cracklin' Oat Bran or the SunBelt Granola are pretty dense, calorie-wise.
Shredded Wheat
Organic Brown puffed rice/ puffed wheat
Best for cutting & bulking IMO, very basic "efficient" food
How bad would raisin bran be for a cereal in the morning?

Keisha : Go Lean Crunch....High in Fiber and Protein. Tastes freakin awesome.
Another one for Kashi Go Lean or Kashi Go Crunch.
Try Quaker Oat Bran cereal (the cold kind). It's actually really good, and healthy too.
Also, try this stuff called "Optimim Power Breakfast" by a brand called Nature's Path. You can get it at Trader Joe's and Costco I know, and probably other places. It's got flax in it, and a little bit of sugar but not bad. Tastes like cinnamon and really crunchy. Yum.
i just saw this for the first time. I imagine that would be nasty!
I havent tried it yet but would think it would taste just like count chocula which is damn good.Originally Posted by ReelBigFish

If I could, I would eat cereal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Is it bad to get 1,000 calories or more a day from eating cereal?
