    Used to be a bodybuilder, now powerlifter

    Just for fun, some pics I took yesterday.

    There have been some changes since I switched sides, there are some muscles that became weaker than they were before. Side/rear delts seem to have shrunk a little, just like chest/quads & bi's. Hams grew like weed, became way better than they were before and same story for my traps/calves. I must say that my chest has always been my weakest point, so some pointers are more than welcome

    As soon as I hit the 1100 total I will be focussing on bodybuilding again for some time, but for now I only wanna lift big weights.

    I take it the cut went well, looking very lean and symmetrical. Good look with the powerlifting, its a great choice to make and its to no surprise that the best bodybuilders were bult from early days on the power scene i.e. Ronnie, Jonny Jackson, Branch Warren.

    What was your chest routine like leading up until now? did it include incline benching, dips or dumbbell presses? strange how your chest lags, when you have equal development elsewhere, maybe too much flat benching?
