    My bench...

    I am kinda stuck at 210 for my max right now I need some help pushing through I know its not a platau until its like 3 months same spot but I would really like to push through this fast...any suggestion?

    Try a static hold at the top most position of the lift on the last rep of your last set, or try rest-pausing

    What's your training like?
    Squats work better than supplements.

    my training is monday- Chest Tris and very light bis T-Heavy chest tri and bis Wen-Legs and abs Th- Repeat monday Fri-repeat Tuesday Sat-legs and abs

    Diet-I am tryingto bulk so I am downing everything in sight I know I need some help with both my routien and diet (and spelling).

    You might be overtraining there. Why not change it up, try a new routine. Westside has many elite benchers that are followers of the program. Maybe you just need a week off.

    ^what he said....change up the routine a bit...browse through some journals and look at other's routines and figure a new one out for yourself...

    I checked out the westside benching stuff...I don't get alot of it though...like the chains and stuff...I don't really know how to do it...Oh and if anyone has a routine that they would reccomend I would greatly apperiate it...
