Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums

    My name is Steve.
I'm about 5' 11" and 190 lbs. I don't work out much, but I'd like to start. I was wondering if any of you would be kind enough to give me a few pointers (or a lot, doesn't matter to me). Anything that is erhm, essential to the beginner who wants to get in shape, and stay in shape. Thanks much for your time.

    Steve
