    my new routine

Hey, guys. A couple weeks ago I changed my upper body routine around a little. My goal is mainly strength, but a little bit of size as well. I train all upper body parts on the same the day. Here it is... What do you think?

    Bench press or DB press:
    5 sets, 1-4 reps

    Pullups:
    4 sets, 7-10 reps

    Overhead DB press:
    3 sets, 4-12 reps

Alternate DB curls or cable curls:
    2 sets, 5-8 reps

    Tricep pressdown or skull crushers:
    2 sets, 5-8 reps

Looks good. If you look in my journal I also do all upper body parts on one day.

    I disagree.
Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

Eh...deadlifts target your back. Last time I checked the book, your back is your upper body. But you're right in the fact that your lower body is used when doing deadlifts, but mostly it's your back.

You could alternate exercises every couple weeks. I like to do that.
