    training log sheet

    does anyone have a training log sheet where i can record the routine and the weight i do and the reps.

    you can easily make one with excel or microsoft office, in fact any program that allow you to create a table. I think it's better to sit down, take sometimes and create your own log. Because it really applies to you.

    i just write it down on some line paper while at the gym.
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.

    www.trulyhuge.com has one..it's pretty good..it's also free and printable..i'm copying it in excel to suit my own preferences, but it gave me a good way to lay it all out
    it's in adobe format, so make sure you have adobe reader

    I just write mine down in a spiral notebook. Works fine for me.
