    Lifting During the Season?

    For athletes with simlier issues... I play football and once that is over i begin weight training until it becomes lacrosse season. Should i Continue to list during lacrosse season, will i atleast maintain what i have built up.

    its up to your diet, sleep/recovery, and how often you train.
    You should keep training in season. just not as intense.

    when i was in high school, i lifted during both football and wrestling season. you just have to be smart about it. i did less volume than during the off season but i still lifted and got stronger
