    Wish me luck...

    Going for 300 x 3 on the flat bench today. New gym, therefore new surroundings. But three days of holiday bingeing better have left me pretty damn strong.

    This will be fun.

    Yes... hormonal fluctuations + xenadrine + angry music + getting fired up for the gym + sister who is running late but wants to come = LOTS of energy....
