    question

I am 6 foot 160 pounds with almost no body fat. i have worked hard to get real ripped while still having relitivly big musles. I'm not sure of my stats but I can bench 240 pounds weighing only 160. My question is if I continue to do cardio and have a strict diet will I loose weight even tho I dont have really any body fat to loose and get a lot of protein?

If you take in less calories than you expend you will lose weight...

andy51 is right, the weight has to come from somewhere. sounds like you need to up your cals to a maintance level (or slightly higher on the days you lift/cardio).
