Hey, Chris. I'm doing a pretty intense routine right now and I might want to take ETS to help me out. I have 2 questions, though.
#1 - I understand that it dramatically reduces soreness. Does it do this by speeding up actual recovery, so that it would be harder to overtrain a specific muscle (I ask this because I am doing a Russian Bench Routine, training bench 3x a week).
#2 - I am a little girl (and not a slutty one) when it comes to swallowing ****. How big are the pills? I can chew centrum, would it be possible to chew these?
Thanks ..

I can answer number 2.
They're capsules so they're easy to swallow. I wouldn't advise chewing them lol.
I would say they're like a double zero cap or a little smaller.

In Memphis, it is illegal for a woman to drive by herself, unless a man is walking or running infront of the vehicle, waving a red flag in order to warn approaching pedestrians and motorists.
Sup Bizatch. I was squatting 4 days a week and didn't experience really any muscle soreness or joint soreness while taking the ETS. The capsules are easy to swallow like BCC said.
Fuck, fight, or hold the light.
It both reduces DOMS and improves recovery.
I think the others answered your questions.
I definitely believe ETS would be of great benefit to you in your current program.
