As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

Thnx Maki!
OK now after last weeks figuring out all my intakes and everything i'm ready to start into a totally controlled keto diet!
I have my training figured out as well as intakes so i'll keep this thing updated from now on.
Yesterday (Dec. 3rd 2001) i kind of got messed up but still stayed with 70% fat and 30% protien.

Almost 14 minutes at 6.5( nearly a 10 minute mile)

Now after i totalled everything i was serioulsy lacking in fat! I had to go to bed and i couldn't take in anymore protien so i had no choice but to have 150ml of vegetable oil!!!

I woke up having to puke and having to "lay some line" but didn't do either, just laid there feeling grosse! I took some gravol and woke up again later feeling rotten as well! Took some more gravol and stayed home from school today!
I'm feeling better now for the most part. I'm craving some chocolatechip cookies though!!! And we have the great big ones!!!
I got to miss a chemistry test!!!
That's one good thing!lol
But i can't go to the gym today, so i'll do legs tomorrow.
Today's eating will be much better!!!
I'll post today's later!

Stay away from protein until your body is in ketosis. They use ketogenic diets to help control seizure disorders and then they recommend a 24 hour fast to start.I tried it once and it by the results of my ketostix I was in ketosis within a day and a half and I was passing an enormous amount of ketones all week.I know it goes against bodybuilding principles to fast but I still think you retain more lean mass than with "conventional" dieting.
Go heavy or go home!!
anilite-
Whatsup bro? Good luck with this diet it can be a real b*tch at times to stick to the low-carb foods. Good luck though... maybe give some 5-HTP a shot 50-100 mg. for cravings. I heard it works really well for ketogenic diets.

Ok sorry everybody but i've had incredibly limited time with school, the gym, work, and getting tutored!!! SORRY
I can't post all the time but i will try me best to keep you more (WAY more) updated!
First i'd like to thank you bros for your tips! I have been taking the 5-htp for a few weks now and i like it as well! Seems to do the trick for me!
Hey bro, so you mean 24 hour fast as in NO FOOD???
Sorry but i don't know if you mean no protien or no food at all for the 24 hours. I'd love to try it because it takes me about 3 days to get in deep.
It's been going great! But i spend a ton of time cooking for myself! I'm certainly no chef either!lol But like gettin bigger said, i'm down to about 175-178 now and it's still dropping steadily. Unfortunately, i don't know how much muscle i've lost along the way. Anyone know any tips on loosing less muscle besides glutamine and creatine???
My worst side effects so far are being light headed if i end-up a little under my proper totals and besides that i'm REALLY irritable on thursdays and fridays especially. But odly my acne break-outs are MUCH less severe than before (they weren't really bad before but my face certainly wasn't clear) and i find i'm much more prone to stink in the gym. Besides the horrible loss in strength in every excercise those have been my other side effects.
So i've lost over 20lbs and dropped about 6% BF so far and i'm sticking with it for a little while longer. But once i'm down to about 7-8%BF i need to find another diet that includes carbs so that i won't look so flat on stage!!!
ANY SUGGESTIONS?????
Thnx for the input bros! And like i said i'll try to update this more often!!!

By fast I meant no food.Sounds bad but if your body's in a carb burning phase for three days it's probably converting alot of protein to glucose and perhaps some muscle too. When I fasted the first 24 hours my ketostix shown levels in the high range ALL week.
Go heavy or go home!!
