this is the workout i have been doing for about 2 months now... let me know wat u think. too much? too little? just right? any input would be awesome.
week1:
monday- biceps/triceps
wednesday- chest
friday- back/shoulders
saturday- biceps/triceps
sunday- legs
week2:
monday- chest
wednesday- back/shoulders
friday- biceps/triceps
saturday- chest
sunday- legs
week3:
monday- back/shoulders
wednesday- biceps/triceps
friday-chest
saturday-back/shoulders
sunday- legs
im sure you all get the idea.... its basically a three day cycle repeated throughout 4 days... let me know what you think.... THANKS
food to the body is like fuel to a car...
the more you use your car, the more often you need to put gas in it...
the more you work your body, the more food you need to put into it...
i'm not a huge fan... my biggest concern is that you're training your triceps teh day before you train chest, and if you're doing a good chest workout it has lots of pressing movements, which you need your tris in good shape for. also you're working your biceps two days after back, where they should be getting blasted as well. i know there's always gonna be tons of crossover problems, but i'd reorganize a little personally.
on the other hand, the damndest **** works for some people, so if you're gaining good, then u know it's good for ya.
