I have been mixing my pre/post workout protein powder with hot water. I put the water in the microwave for 1.5 minutes and then add the protein powder in.
My question is: Does the hot water break down the protein and make it useless or does it make no difference being hot or cold water?

Metabolism: Too Fast!

Unless you are drinking boiling hot water or hotter, you are not going to denature the protein
