    Ckd

I'm hoping not to start a whole flood of arguments or anything, but it seems like CKD is a diet not talked about here. (i may be wrong)
Since i'm cutting, what is the optimal diet for me? Right now, i'm just doing the -500 calories than normal, with correct pfc levels. Just wondering what the merits of CKD, Atkins, or TKD are for a cutter like me. Thx!

Lyle's site has a ton of info on TKD, CKD, PMSF and the ever so famous UD2. Aside from the info, you can purchase "The Ketogenic Diet," it is a good read. All can be found at http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/

The CKD has been talked to death here, that's why you don't see it at the top of a page.

WBB even has articles talking about it.

    Do a search.
