    Alternating legs

For the longest time I've had, what I feel to be, the bad habit of alternating which legs I put most of my weight on when I'm standing. For some reason I always default to one leg or the other. I'm trying my best to keep weight on both legs but it's hard. Does anyone else have this problem or know if it can cause unnecessary wear and tear on joints and the like?

I've got a little knee injury as it is and I feel that it can't be making it any better.

when i'm standing anywhere, i do that too. it sounds like a normal thing people do. don't think it causes wear and tear or anything like that...
