sorry if this is a repost but i want to add 20 pounds, i'm currently 5'8 155 and can't seem to gain. i'm a chef so i'm constantly around food and always eating something, protein being the main source. however, when i know i need to eat a meal instead of nibbling i don't have the appetite. plus i just purchased some weight gainer and consuming huge amounts of this stuff is killin my colon (sorry for bein gross) anyway any advice on good foods for gaining mass would be sweet.
