    How do you know how much cals to eat on a training day? (cut)

    Hi, how do you guys know how much cals to eat on a training day? I'm cutting, on a non-training day im eating 1458 (BMR=1658) cals, but on training days, I don't have specialized equipment that tell me how much cals my running and jump rope burned so I dono how much to eat. I got my AMR which was 2321 cals, but I don't trust those numbers being as how different training days burn different amounts of cals. What works for the rest of you? How do you decide how much calories to eat on training days? thank you

    easy i eat x amount of calories, if im not losing weight i eat less, problem solved.
