hey im new to the forum and i have been bulking for about 2 weeks now. i weigh 150-155 and i was wondering how much i should expect to gain each week. your imput is appreciated
well generally a 1lb a week is considered to be pretty good, if your doing a clean cut...if your dirtier though with your eating it maybe be more, alos depends on how many calories over maintenace you are eating....finally if this is your first bulk ever and you have just started working out your gains will be alot more significant

maybe a pound every two weeks to keep it really really clean.
well in ideal conditions with proper diet and proper intensity u should expect 1-2lbs of LBM gained in 1 week, if they are barely above maintenance and not eating enough protein and not working out with proper intensity then maybe 1lb pre 2 weeks.

Depends on how much you eat. It can be 0-5 lbs. What's a good weight gain to shoot for a week? That's the question to ask. 1-2 lbs per week.

well thats the goal...although sometimes you will have weeks with no gain and other with a 7 pound gain cause you decided to drink and eat yourself stupid for awhile![]()

ok thanks alot guys i have gained about 1-2 pounds both weeks i have been bulking, and i just wanted to know if that was enough weight. so thanks alot for your imput, im just beginning to realize how long it takes to gain mucle.
so since i want to gain 35Ibs i will be bulking for about 4 1/2 months?
