Hi everyone,

lol I'm not sure if that is a compliment or if you are making fun of me. Either way, thanks for taking the time to read the articles. If you check my journal, I have posted what my diet looks like currently.
It now includes subway veggie sandwiches with no mayo or cheese and a diet coke!! j/k... It is definitely a more traditional approach to what the 28 day diet was.

All I know is Mike made an AMAZING transformation in only 28 days and our products helped him to do it.
We will never be a company which will take credit where it is not due. Mike is primarily responsible for his transformation but our products certainly made his journey easier and more successful.
