Bulking... Need advice on how much to eat.

As I stated in the title, I'm currently bulking and I need to know if when I eat I should eat past the point where I know I've had enough for a regular meal (not stuffed, not still hungry, just satisfied) and eat till I'm full for the extra calories and fuel?

Trial and error may help you. For instance, try bulking with 4000 calories a day, and see how your gains turn out. If you do not gain, or gain very little, increase it to 4500 or 5000.

I'm also bulking right now, and I just make sure to drink fatty milk as often as possible(good source of high protein calories, and goes down really easy) and starchy foods. I forcefeed myself sometimes, if I make a plate of food for myself and can't finish everything, but not to the point where I puke. It makes me very tired, but so far I've seen good results.
