    Does cooking meat..

    you always lose proteins.
    but u really only need the amino acids. and you only lose those by burning as the doc said.

    How do you lose protein.

    I guess as long as you measure and count the cooked amounts then this wont effect your diet anyway.

    u lose proteins cuz u denature them. they're not proteins anymore.
    and if u dont denature them, ur stomach breaks them down into individual amino acids anyway. u never absorb a whole protein. only babies in a mother's stomach can intake entire proteins (i.e. antibodies).
