    bf% caliper testing

    I'm on high protein-lowcarb-lowfat diet. Roughly 2000 cals/day.

When I do my skin fold test, should I be fully carb loaded or depleted or does it not matter?

Skin fold tests are so horribly inaccurate anyway that I'd say it makes very little difference.

I was curious.. is your status in your signature just out of date? Or are you still bulking? If you are why such a low caloric intake? (and btw, your pics look good man, way to go)

As for you question, i really dont know the answer to that, i would imagine it wouldnt really matter, does water weight show up on the caliper testing?
