Need help: What Tricep workouts are good...

Iam very new to bodybuilding and am trying to build some muscle...

On another website I read that my tricep should be 2x the size of my bicep
    Arm size = 2/3(tricep) + 1/3(bicep)

My first question is...Is the above statment true?

Secondly, I need some help developing a tricep work out. The only exercise I know of currently is skullcrushers and havent rlly seen any amazing results that would allow my arm to meet the ratios I mentioned above.

Simply looking for some tips/advice or even a workout routine that might allow my arms to reach those ratios.

Thank you for your time, and I will appreciate any advice given.

    -Thanks

LaxGuy16 First off, if you are new to BB then you should simply start working your entire body. (i know you probably are already). Back to your original question. The Tri's should be around 2/3'rd your arm (although genetics may change this for you). I for my tri's i like the following (in order)

Close Grip Bench, Dips, Skulls. (but that is just me)
    Stats:
    Height: 6'
    Weight: 198lbs
    Current Cycle: Cut

    Goals|Current
    ATF Squat: 350lbs|315X2
    DB Bench: 120|105X4
    DL: 450|345x8

Close grip bench press, dips, bench press, other pressing.

Between-bench dips with weight on your lap. Put a towel between the plates to keep 'em from slipping if you use more than a single plate.
