Played ball 2 years ago for a school in nebraska. My legs need some work but they do even up to the rest of my body. I will post some pics soon of them. I know i really need to bulk my chest and lats up. I think my arms are okay, 18 inches.

Really routine is only 4 days a week, and it varies on how i feel. If i feel strong on bench, then I pyramid. If it is a bad day on bench then i work the isolation movements, pec dec, flys, ect. Same goes for other body parts. I figure why force you self to do something your body is telling you it doesn't want to do.
As far as diet goes, its just smart dieting. Eat 6-7 times a day, eggs, lots of fish, non processed meats, vegs & fruits, protien shakes & peanut butter. I stay away from all fast foods, candy, soda, processed meats.

Great build, but if I were you I would have my tape measure checked out because I have seen alot of 18 inch arms and that ain't it. Giving you the benefit of the doubt they are maybe 15 inches
