I was just wondering is there a volume of protein shake that would be just too much for one day. I wouldn't think so, since it's just protein, but I wanted to ask.
If i wanted to have 4 servings of nitrean a day, would that be bad?
It would not be bad no.
I actually consume 250 grams of protein a day. 150 through real food and 100 through protein shakes. 1 opticen and 2 x nitrean, but that could be 4 x nitrean.
You should consume real food protein too, but no taking 4 x servings of nitrean is fine if its easier for you to do it that way.

Let me clarify by saying it would depend on your current state of health and what else you consume throughout the day.
For example, if you have a predisposition to kidney problems excess protein can be a negative.
If you are consuming a very high protein diet and a large number of overall calories then 4 servings a day might be excessive.
For a healthy individual consuming a realtively normal level of calories I think Dan's statement is quite correct.
Thanks for the responses. I'm in the situation Dan is talking about. I'm having trouble getting enough proteins from the foods I eat. I eat about 1400 calories in foods, so getting the 200 g of protein I desire is difficult.
200 grams is difficult.. heh must not be trying to hard

I just don't eat enough to get that much protein from my diet. And I am cutting so I don't want to forcibly eat more.

He means just eat more and keep the calories low I think.
If you are trying to keep calories low, then protein shakes are ideal as they are just protein and will be easily to have on top of meals.
