    WBB#1 mods

What sort of modifications can I make to see better gains?

Obviously I do as much weight as I can 6-8 times per set.
    Leave it as is?
Add a set to every exercise?
Add 1-2 exercises per muscle depending oh how they feel?

How long have you been on it? Give it a month or two at least.

If you want to make some changes you could Chest - add a set on bb bench, throw in some cable crossovers/flys. Back - Do Deadlifts first, add one set, do pullups last. Legs - Take out hack squats, add 1-2 sets for squats, throw in 1-2 sets for leg extensions.

That's some examples...just play around until you like what you feel...just enjoy it.

Thanks, would it be a good idea to ever put pull exercises before push, i.e. back before chest and bis before tris?
