    BF Estimate Please

    I'm 5'6 ~157 pounds and 21 years old.

    I'm guessing im about 16% bf and in the 14-18% range.

    I'm also planning to go down to 150 for the summer then do a bulk to up 175-185.

    That seems about right. Waist is still looking small. Arms are looking good.

    thx guys, my wasit is actually 32.5 inches, and arms measured 14inches. I'm hoping to be in the 12% range when i hit 150.

    Great arms and shoulders as the others have said. You have great proportions, if you must cut, get it done so you can bulk and more size.

    I would probably say 16% sounds about right but might be a bit higher. Lookin great bro, keep it up.
