Yeah haha. I could definitely lift at 198 right now which is scary as hell lol. That belt that I stole from the bus driver I can wear on the smallest hole now. The bench shirt I have fits me like a t shirt right now thats one size too big.
I really want to come down and train with you guys ASAP. I have had a lot of **** between classes, labs, homework etc. Oh and there is a lady now thats taking up quite a bit of my time, and I am in no shape or form complaining about that. I'll give you a call when I figure something out.
PS - I'm gonna get a Baconator the next time I'm at BK.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Gym weight well fed in shorts + sneakers = 220lbs I am completely rehydrated and my glycogen stores are definitely back. I had something like 5000 cals yesterday and about 2500 today so far. Gonna shoot for another 500 today before bed. Tomorrow = Back + calves + abs.

Thanks for the props guys. Yea I'm on my first ever bulk. Gonna see how **** goes. I'm weak and light right now. My grip just sucks. I didn't have straps for my heavy sets and my caluses are gone so the bar was just slippin like crazy in my sweaty palms.
