    You say strong shoulders, I say weak chest.

    Thanks though, the effort was definitely first. Also gotta realize I do Dumbbell chest work after my heavy BB benching. If I did DB press first I'm sure I would do more then the 75's

    Werd, last night I got super stoned before seeing harry potter and purchased a big ass bag of reeses pieces, 1200 cals from chocolate and peanut butter =/

    Today was a day off but since I ate candy last night I went and hit back.

    Decided no direct bicep work since my bi's were fried from all the compound work. Great pumps. I feel like **** about eating candy while stoned, no more getting stoned for me.

    Looks like you continue to make progress. Too bad bodybuilding can't do anything for your face.
