Need help on sets/reps decision on lifts.

I am not quiet sure how to reach my goal, but I want to increase muscle strength, and add size (more interested in strength). I do not go to the gym, my equipment is only a barbell, dumbells, and a wooden floor. I rest 1 min and 30 seconds after each set.

    Monday:

JM Press: currently doing 3 sets of 12
Push Press: 4 sets of 6
Tate press: 4 sets of 6
Barbell Military press: 3 sets of 8
    Shrugs: 3 sets of 15

    Wednesday:

Abs, damn I need an incline bench...I do normal sit-ups
    - hang off the chinning bar and try to touch my knees to my chest: 3x15
    - Saxon side bends: 4 sets of 6
    - Anyone know any good abdominal workouts that you can do on the floor ?

    Friday:

Deadlifts: currently doing 4 sets of 6
barbell bent over rows: currently doing 3 sets of 12
    Chinups: 3 sets of 8

Do you guys think this routine will work ? Is there anything I should change?

substitute the exercises you don't have the equipment for

    go to Wal-Mart...

they have an adjustable bench for less than 40 dollars. I use one just like it, and do dumbell benching.

It would be pretty hard to lift heavy on squats, BTW I live in a small apartment.
