    Yoga? Non-workout day exersize

Just wondering if anyone does any Yoga type exersizes when not in the gym... I just notice myself a bit high strung on days that I am not in the gym and usually a bit tight. I would like to loosen up... work on my ability to balance and whatnot.

I am just interested cause I need to try to not just go and play on my mountain bike cause I tend to just destroy myself.

Any information regarding a yoga style program... say 30min-1hr in duration would be great.

    Thanks!
