    Need good powerlifting workout

    I need a good powerlifting workout for just pure strength. Can anyone help me out?

    What happened to the WBB #1 Routine? That can add tons of power. Especially you being new to lifting, I'd recommend you doing that one. And make sure to eat a lot.

    I see that you're a football player. Maybe add in some cleans/snatches, and other explosive lifts.

    Ya you're right. I don't know if I'm exactly new. Would serious lifting since August be new?
