3 weeks ago when I first started I could only do...

I could only do 70 pound DB bench press... barely with my arms shaking like hell.. maybe 2-3 times.. now 3 weeks later I can do 100 pounds about 5 times... and I can squat 150 pounds.. for like forever lol

Ooh so before it was 35 each now it's 50 each then. I was about to say "dayum you gained 30lbs DB press in 3 weeks. But 15lbs is good though. Keep at it man.

I went from 60LBS per dumbell in 3-9-05
to 75 LBS per dumbell in 4-20-05.. and I thought that was great gains.

But this is already after working out a few months so I have no newbie gains anymore.

i just started doing dumbell presses 2 weeks ago and i do them like 10 minutes after i do normal bench (4 sets, 135x8,135x8,145x8,145x8 - eh, i'd probably up it to 155lbs but my brother has baseball and doesn't come to the gym during the week, so i don't got a spot :/), and i started at 35's and now i do 55's (3 setsx8reps)...just like everything else, i gain really fast for the first month and a half then i hit a wall lol...example of this was the pullback...i started doing reps of 8 at 135lbs, and by 1.5months i was up to 195x8, and i can't get past that now. i've been stuck on it for over a month , so i started doing pullups instead, do that for a month or so then go back and try pullback...i think i hit a "plateau" or whatever you wanna call it with it
