Alright I have 2 photoshoots coming up on the next two weekends. I am doing a ud 2.0 diet setup, and I have been depleting for the first as normal, but Im not sure what to do about the refeed in the week between photoshoots.
my question is once the first is over should I include a short refeed period in 4 day period between the two photoshoots or just stay depleted?
Any opinions on whether this would be beneficial or counter productive would be greatly appreciated.
If you have your carb load dialed in perfectly, load up if you want. You should look fuller muscular wise and not bloated. In a depleted state, you tend to look a bit flatter in physique than normal.
