    Gaining weight and running.

    Ok im joining the Canadian military, I need to run allot more so I can run the longs laps. Now my question is how can I gain weight if im burning it all the time? I weigh 125lbs and want to gain 10-20lbs in the next four months, and have a very high metabolisim. Any suggestions / ideas.
