Notice there were a lot of questions so I thought I'd post my DC Training schedule. I'm one of Dante's clients and the training has been great!
My stats- 5'11.5", 320 Ch 58, A 22, W 38, L 31.5, C 19.5
(Hurt my knee so I had to take off of lower body for a while)
Calves, Hams, Quads
Seated Calf- 12x180
Hamstring Curls- Stackx25
Smith Squats(ATF)- 405x8, 315x20
(I only report my final sets)
August 1, 2006 240lbs
August 25, 2006 276lbs
September 1, 2006 286lbs
December 25, 2006 328lbs

I tried DC style for the last 8 or so months and loved it. I will definitely watch this journal with interest to see the progress and learning of someone working with the man himself.

Justin- BF, probably high like 16% but I wasn't following the diet. I'm back on the diet and that should come down pretty soon. He doesn't like us to be over 13% or so.
