ok i just finished wbb1 i was on that forever i know i shouldent have been but i finally switched it up and im having a little trouble. its a 3 day split
day 1: chest, tris
bb bench
incline db press
cable flies
tricep push downs
skull crushers
overhead tricep press
narrow grip bb press
day 2 : back bi's
lat pull down
seated row/ or that thing where you hunch over a bench and pull up a dumbell with one hand.
deadlifts
ez bar curls
seated hammer curls
cable curls
db shrugs
day 3: legs soulders
leg presses
quad extencions
ham curls
hack squats
seated db shoulder press
seated military press
calf raises
and that thing where you take the dbs and raise them at your sides for shoulders, forgot the name
all exercises are 3 sets and the reps depend on the weight.
anyway thats my routein and i think somethings wrong with day 3 because theres a lot of crap to do so im thinking of doing a 4 day split or something like that but id like to hear your advice first. also im 20 , 5'11 and around 195-200 pounds not too fat but a little fat if that helps any.

good exercises, though I'd do chest/bis on day 1 and back/tris on day 2

yeah i might move the shrugs over, but then again day 3 is my problem day with a lot of crap to do so i might not. and im doin the back bis, chest tris thing because i wanted to switch it up from wbb1.
what is the advantage in this?Originally Posted by Den Fisher

chest/bis back/tris would still be switching it up from wbb1Originally Posted by Ace7644
you could put shrugs on day 1 that's always fine with me
I dunno, that just seems like a lot of work on the tris in one day.. it'd be like doing a chest workout then going and doing shoulders. :O
maybe not do your full potential as you would if you did it back day
Way too much tri work on Monday. Eliminate at least two of those tri exercises. And IMO too much bi work on Wednesday.
If you wanna switch it up from WBB1, why not just do WBB2?

sounds good guys thanks for the help, it just sucks because i loved wbb1 so much and now i have to change![]()
IMO:
- too much Bi/Tri work goin' on in there; try cuttin it down to just 1 or 2 exercises per group here maybe?
- where are your Squats? Don't wanna leave those bad-boys out do yah?
- Leg extensions are sort of redundant in your routine
- You might try breaking your shoulder day up into two parts; do the military press on your chest day and the lateral raises on your back day...just a thought
- Either do the DB press or Military press, doing both is redundant
- By "seated row", you meant Bent DB Rows right?

well i dont do the squats too much because my school gym sucks and it dosent have a squat box just smith machines for squats and i hate useing that thing for squats, but i do squats when im home. and the seated row is the seated cable row but pretty much the same thing as db or bb bent over rows.

Actually, it's a bit different. I prefer BB Rows (Yates). They really own my back a lot more than cable rows ever did.Originally Posted by Ace7644
