    My brother (18 y/o, 5'9", 145 lbs)

He's trained off and on- mainly chest and biceps. Now he's getting into it seriously and these are his before pictures. I'll post a few of the standard poses of him. I get my boyish good looks from him.

He's looking pretty lean. Tell him to eat like a pig and he'll be a beast.

he looks pretty good. Symmetrical and has good quads for his size. If he can stay lean and put on some solid mass he'll look even better

He's lucky about the quads- must be genetic, mine are decent, too. He hates squats and leg presses; the only leg exercises he likes are calf raises. He's quite the curl jockey atm, but I'm hoping that when I'm squatting twice what he benches, he'll reconsider.

How much does he weigh and how tall is he.. hmm.

I think he's entitled to a few privacies; namely, a bit of secrecy regarding his label.

Read the title of the thread dooder. ;P

He will do fine because, yes he's skinny, but also has lots of muscle. He also has an experienced trainer which most of us didn't have starting out.
Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold

Its low all he has to do is learn to lift and eat correctly. Some one else may be better than me, but a guess would be 12 -10 ?

I'm probably not that great at guessing, but my guess is 9 or 10% BF.
