Doesn't tuna have mercury in it? Isn't too much mercury bad for the body?
albacore tuna has the mercury but regular ol light chunk tuna has very very small amount you can eat it all week if your worried about the mercury poisioning don't get albacore tuna stick w/ the light chunk.
I love my tuna in a good long bread roll toasted w/ melted cheese, roasted peppers and onions chopped very small

I normally don't eat tuna just becuase I can be smelling like fish at school. But when I do eat tuna, I usually eat about 3 cans in one sitting, eat it right out of the can. I have no problem with tuna
4 a day.
I can barely look at canned tuna anymore.

Tuna + mayo = tasty. I could eat 4-5 cans a day if I wanted, but I usually eat two.
tuna + easy mac = 1 good ~450 cal meal

Used to eat 1 a day, now I hate the stuff. I'd much rather eat a chicken breast. Still keep a few cans around just in case I need a quick protein meal though(if I don't feel like a shake).
Eating two cans right now..

When I eat it, I do two cans at a time. I had two with a big salad for lunch today.

I didn't vote on the poll because I eat 5/week so almost 1/day but I don't force it. It tastes like water to me now because I've been eating it for so long.
I ate so much tuna at one point that I can't eat it now. It makes me gag.
