    neck ahhhhhhh

    ahh my neck hurts so much.... I was doing incline bench-press and i do the max-ot workout. I suddenly go up and my neck dies. I cant turn my neck at all and its minaly the left side of my neck.... Its been a day now and it has gotten alot better but what can i do to make sure this dosent happen. ??

    stretching your neck, maybe some exercises. I deal with neck pain everyday. Lifting constantly irritates it but stretching definetly helps!
